Common questions
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. With an account you can see all your orders, keep delivery addresses and save a wishlist.
How do I pay?
By card, on our payment provider's secure page. We never see or store your card number. Prices are in euro and include VAT.
How much is delivery?
Delivery costs €4.95 per order, and it's free on orders of €50.00 or more. The basket shows the delivery cost before you pay.
Where can I see my order?
The confirmation email has a link to your order's page. If you ordered with an account, it's also under My orders.
My payment didn't go through. What now?
The order page will say so, and nothing is charged. The items go back on the shelf, so you can simply order again.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number. If it hasn't been sent yet, we can cancel it, and a paid order is refunded to the card you paid with.
I forgot my password.
Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in page. We'll email you a link to choose a new one.
Can I share my wishlist?
Yes. Turn on sharing on your wishlist page and send the link to anyone. You can switch it off again at any time.
